1. Definitions

“Customer” – anyone placing an order or dining at LS Home Foods.
“Order” – any food or beverage purchase via dine-in, takeaway, or delivery.
“Services” – food preparation, packaging, catering, delivery, and dine-in service.
“Premises” – LS Home Foods’ physical restaurant and kitchen locations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our restaurant or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. LS Home Foods may update them anytime without notice. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the latest version.

3. Ordering Policy

  • Orders can be placed through dine-in, takeaway, phone, WhatsApp, website, or delivery apps.
  • All orders are subject to confirmation and ingredient availability.
  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled unless approved by management.
  • Fake or prank orders will be reported to authorities.
  • LS Home Foods may deny service for misuse, abuse, or false information.

4. Dine-In Policy

  • Tables are first-come-first-served unless reserved.
  • Outside food/drinks not allowed.
  • Customers are responsible for belongings; damages caused by negligence are chargeable.
  • Management may refuse entry or service for misconduct.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Menu prices include/exclude taxes as shown and may change without notice.
  • Accepted payments: UPI, Cash, Card, Online Transfer.
  • Full payment required before dispatch or at billing counter.
  • LS Home Foods is not liable for technical/payment-gateway issues.

6. Delivery Policy (Cloud Kitchen)

  • Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to traffic or weather.
  • Not liable for delays by third-party delivery partners.
  • Food is deemed delivered once accepted by customer/representative.
  • Incorrect address or refusal without reason will be charged in full.

7. Food Quality & Hygiene

  • Prepared fresh daily in an FSSAI-compliant, sanitized kitchen.
  • Consume within 2–3 hours or refrigerate immediately.
  • LS Home Foods not responsible for spoilage or health issues after delivery.
  • Report any issue within 1 hour with photo/video proof.

8. Refund / Return / Replacement Policy

Refunds are issued only for verified cases (wrong/missing item, defective packaging, quality issue). No refund for taste preferences, delays, or partially consumed food. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to original payment mode.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Regular Orders: Cancelable only before food prep begins.
  • Catering/Bulk: 50 % advance required; cancellations < 24 hrs forfeit advance. Rescheduling allowed only with written approval.

10. Allergen & Dietary Disclaimer

Our food may contain or contact allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, spices). Please inform us at ordering time; LS Home Foods is not liable for unreported allergies.

11. Restaurant & Catering Conduct

  • Maintain respectful behaviour toward staff and guests.
  • Harassment, intoxication, or disorderly conduct may lead to removal and legal action.
  • Alcohol (if served) must comply with local laws.

12. Liability Limitation

LS Home Foods is not liable for indirect losses, illness from mishandled food, or delivery delays. Customer assumes responsibility for storage and reheating after delivery. Maximum liability = order value only.

13. Intellectual Property

All content – logos, menus, images, recipes, and packaging – belong to LS Home Foods. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may invite legal action.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer data (name, phone, address) is used only for order processing and communication. We never sell data and share only with trusted delivery partners. By ordering, you consent to receive order updates and promotional messages via WhatsApp or SMS.

15. Force Majeure

LS Home Foods is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond control – natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Noida Courts, Uttar Pradesh. Parties will attempt amicable settlement before litigation.
